What an IPTV reseller actually does
An IPTV reseller buys streaming access in bulk and sells subscriptions under their own name. You are not running servers, encoding streams or negotiating with content sources — that sits with IPTV Canada Neo. What you own is the commercial relationship: you decide who your customers are, what you charge them, how long their plans run and what support you offer.
The practical mechanics are simpler than most people expect. You buy a block of credits. Each credit represents subscription time, and you spend credits from your balance whenever you create or renew a customer line. Creating a line takes a few seconds in the panel and produces the credentials your customer needs — an M3U URL, Xtream Codes login, or a MAC and portal entry for a MAG or Enigma2 box.
Three things make this different from an affiliate or referral arrangement. You hold the balance, so there is no waiting to be paid a commission. You set the retail price, so your margin is yours to decide. And you own the customer, so renewals come back to you rather than to us.
Who this suits
People who already have an audience or a customer base — a repair shop, an installation business, a community network, an existing retail customer list — tend to do better than someone starting from a cold audience. The panel is the easy part. Finding and keeping customers is the work.
Is reselling IPTV legal in Canada?
This is the question most reseller pages skip, so here is a straight answer about what we can and cannot tell you.
IPTV is a delivery method. Internet Protocol Television simply means television carried over an internet connection instead of a cable or satellite feed, and that technology is used by licensed Canadian broadcasters and distributors as well as by everyone else. The technology is not what determines anyone's legal position — the rights to the content are. Canadian copyright law is technology-neutral, and the Copyright Act also contains an "enabler" provision, section 27(2.3), aimed at services provided primarily to enable infringement.
What that means in practice for a reseller is that you would be operating your own business, and your legal position is yours. We are not able to tell you that reselling IPTV is legal, and we are not going to tell you it is illegal either — neither statement would be honest as a blanket claim, and neither would be worth anything coming from a supplier. We also make no claim that our service is licensed, authorized or approved by any broadcaster or regulator, and you should treat any provider that does make such a claim without evidence with real caution.
If you are considering this as a business, read our full explainer on what Canadian law and the courts actually say about IPTV — it goes through the relevant sections of the Copyright Act, the CRTC's position, and the site-blocking orders the Federal Court has issued. Then get independent legal advice about your own situation. We are a service provider, not your lawyer, and nothing on this page is legal advice.
How the credit system works
Credits are the only currency in the panel. You buy them once, they sit in your balance, and they never expire — there is no monthly minimum and no clock running on unused balance. What varies is how many credits a given subscription costs, and that depends on two things: how long the plan runs, and how many simultaneous connections it allows.
Longer plans and multi-connection lines cost proportionally less per month, which is what lets you build tiered offers for your own customers without changing your own cost base.
| Plan duration | 1 connection | 2 connections | 3 connections |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 1 credit | 2 credits | 3 credits |
| 3 months | 3 credits | 5 credits | 8 credits |
| 6 months | 6 credits | 11 credits | 15 credits |
| 12 months | 12 credits | 22 credits | 31 credits |
| 24 months | 24 credits | 43 credits | 61 credits |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Reading the table: a customer who wants a single-connection line for a year costs you 12 credits. The same customer on two connections costs 22 rather than 24, and on three costs 31 rather than 36. The discount grows with commitment, which is worth knowing when you decide how to structure your own plans.
Reseller packages and credit pricing
Six packages, all one-time payments, all carrying the same panel and the same features. The only differences are how many credits you start with and what each credit costs you. Prices are in US dollars.
| Package | Credits | One-time price |
|---|---|---|
| IPTV Reseller Starter | 120 | $195 USD |
| IPTV Reseller Basic | 180 | $270 USD |
| IPTV Reseller Pro — most chosen | 240 | $348 USD |
| IPTV Reseller Business | 300 | $420 USD |
| IPTV Reseller Advanced | 360 | $486 USD |
| IPTV Reseller Elite | 420 | $546 USD |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Effective credit pricing runs from $1.60 down to $1.30 per credit as the package size increases. Every package includes the full reseller panel, trial line creation, M3U, Xtream Codes and MAC support, and customer support in English and French — there is no feature tier hidden behind a larger purchase.
Ready to talk about a panel?
Tell us roughly how many customers you expect to start with and we will point you at the package that fits. No obligation, and no pressure to take the biggest one.
You set your own prices
We do not set your retail prices, publish a recommended price, or require you to sell at any particular level. That is deliberate. What you charge depends on your market, your costs, what support you provide and how you position yourself, and none of that is visible from here.
What we can give you is the input side with no ambiguity: you know exactly what a credit costs you, and the table above tells you exactly how many credits each plan consumes. Everything from there is your decision.
One honest note, because most pages in this business are quiet about it. The gap between what a line costs you and what you charge is not profit — it is revenue. Your actual margin is what survives after the time you spend on setup help and troubleshooting, customers who cancel or ask for refunds, payment processing, and the hours you put into finding the next customer. Resellers who plan for those costs tend to last. Resellers who budget on the headline gap alone usually do not.
What we handle, and what you handle
The most common reason a reseller business stalls is a misunderstanding about where the line sits. It is worth being explicit.
| We handle | You handle | |
|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Servers, streams, catalogue, uptime | Nothing |
| Your panel | Provisioning it and keeping it running | Using it day to day |
| Customer accounts | Nothing — we never see your customer list | Creating, renewing, cancelling lines |
| Pricing | Your credit cost only | What you charge, plans, promotions |
| Payments | Your credit purchase | Collecting from your customers |
| First-line support | Backing you up in EN and FR | Talking to your own customers |
| Marketing | Nothing | Finding customers — the real work |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
The row that catches people out is the last one. The panel, the credits and the catalogue are all solved problems the moment you buy a package. Demand is not, and no supplier can hand it to you.
What your customers actually get
Two servers sit behind the panel, and you can put a customer on either. They are genuinely different products, so it is worth understanding the split before you build your offer.
| Regular server | VIP server | |
|---|---|---|
| Live channels | 30,000+ | 45,000+ |
| Movies & series | 160,000+ | 300,000+ |
| Quality | HD and FHD | 4K and FHD |
| VOD requests | Not available directly | Accepted |
| Adult channels | Optional extra | Optional extra |
| Free trial length | 36 hours | 24 hours |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Both servers run on the same infrastructure and carry a 99% uptime target. The VIP server is the one to reach for when a customer cares about 4K, wants a deeper film and series library, or asks for specific titles to be added. The Regular server covers the large majority of ordinary viewing and is the more economical starting point for most customer bases.
If you want to see the full retail picture your customers will compare you against, our IPTV subscription plans page lists what we sell directly.
Inside the reseller panel
The panel is a web dashboard. No software to install, no server administration, and no technical background needed beyond being comfortable with a browser.
Subscriber management
Create, edit, renew and remove customer lines. Every account is visible in one list with its plan, expiry and connection count.
M3U and Xtream Codes
Generate an M3U URL or Xtream Codes login for any subscriber instantly — the two credential types most players expect.
Trial line generator
Issue trial lines with credentials you choose or that the panel generates for you, so a prospect can test before they pay.
Bouquet editor
Customise which channel groups a given subscriber receives, so you can build lighter and fuller packages from the same catalogue.
MAC address support
Add a MAC address and portal directly for customers on MAG and Enigma2 boxes, which do not use M3U or Xtream logins.
Sub-distributor system
Create accounts beneath yours and allocate credits to them, if you want to build a small network rather than sell every line yourself.
Trials for your prospects
Trial lines are available across our servers, and the panel lets you issue them yourself rather than asking us each time. That matters more than it sounds: in this market almost nobody buys without testing first, and being able to hand someone working credentials while they are still talking to you is usually what closes the sale.
Trial length follows the same pattern as our retail trials — 36 hours on the Regular server, 24 hours on the VIP server — and adult content is not included in a trial. How many trial lines come with a given package is set when your panel is provisioned rather than fixed publicly, so ask us when you get in touch and we will tell you exactly what your package includes.
Test the service yourself first
Before you buy credits, it is worth experiencing what your customers will experience. Start a free trial on whichever server you plan to sell — no card required — and judge the stream quality in your own living room, on your own connection, before you commit anything.
Devices and apps your customers will use
Your customers will arrive with whatever hardware they already own, so the credentials you issue need to suit the device. Xtream Codes logins and M3U URLs cover Android TV boxes, Fire TV, phones, tablets, computers and most smart TVs. MAC and portal entries cover MAG and Enigma2 boxes. The panel produces all three.
You do not need to become a support engineer for every player on the market. Two of our guides do that work, and you are welcome to send customers straight to them: our guide to choosing an IPTV app in Canada covers which player suits which device and which credential types each one accepts, and our IPTV setup hub walks through installation device by device. Linking customers to those pages resolves most first-night questions before they reach you.
One thing worth knowing before you promise anything: Roku is not a supported platform for our service, so if a prospect only owns a Roku, point them at a compatible device rather than selling them a line that will not work.
How to start — four steps
- Choose a packagePick the credit bundle that matches the customer base you expect to start with. Every package carries the same panel and the same features, so this is purely a question of how many credits you want up front and what per-credit rate that gets you.
- Your panel is provisionedAfter purchase your reseller panel is activated, typically within 15 to 120 minutes, and you receive your dashboard login.
- Create your first linesAdd a subscriber, choose the server and plan duration, set the connection count, and the panel returns the credentials. Send your customer their M3U link, Xtream login or MAC entry and they are watching.
- Price, sell and renewSet your own prices, sell on your own terms, and renew customers from the same balance. Credits do not expire, so quiet months cost you nothing.
Support is in English and French through WhatsApp and email, for you and — if you prefer to escalate rather than handle everything yourself — for issues your customers raise that you cannot resolve.
Reseller questions Canadians ask
What is an IPTV reseller?
Someone who buys streaming access in bulk from a provider and sells subscriptions to their own customers under their own name and pricing. The reseller manages customer accounts through a panel; the provider runs the servers and infrastructure.
Is it legal to sell IPTV in Canada?
There is no blanket answer, and anyone who gives you one is overselling. IPTV is a delivery technology used by licensed and unlicensed operators alike, so legality turns on the rights to the content rather than the technology. A reseller runs their own business and carries their own legal responsibility. We make no claim to be licensed or authorized, we do not give legal advice, and we recommend you take independent advice before starting. Our guide to IPTV and Canadian law sets out the Copyright Act provisions, the CRTC's position and the Federal Court blocking orders in detail.
How do I become an IPTV reseller?
Choose a credit package, complete the purchase, and your panel is provisioned — usually within 15 to 120 minutes. From there you create customer lines yourself. There is no application process, interview or minimum experience requirement.
What are reseller credits?
Credits are the balance you spend to create or renew a subscription. One credit buys one month on a single connection; longer plans and multi-connection lines cost more credits but proportionally less per month, as the table above shows. Credits never expire.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, entirely. We do not set, suggest or enforce a retail price. What you charge your customers is your decision and your margin is yours to keep.
Is there a limit on how many subscribers I can have?
No. The only constraint is your credit balance, and you can top it up at any time. There are no monthly minimums and no cap on the number of lines you run.
Do credits expire if I do not use them?
No. Credits sit in your balance until you spend them, with no time limit and no monthly commitment, so a slow month costs you nothing.
Which credential types can I issue?
M3U URLs, Xtream Codes logins and MAC address with portal entries, all generated from the panel. Between them they cover Android TV boxes, Fire TV, smart TVs, phones, tablets, computers and MAG or Enigma2 boxes.
Can I offer free trials to my prospects?
Yes — the panel includes a trial line generator so you can issue trials yourself. Trials run 36 hours on the Regular server and 24 hours on the VIP server, and adult content is not included. Ask us what your specific package includes when you get in touch.
Can I sell outside Canada?
The service is not geographically restricted to Canada, but you are responsible for understanding the rules that apply wherever you and your customers are. That is another reason to get independent advice before you build a business around it.
